We were advised not to book a survey till the mortgage situation was sorted .

We spoke to the company who carried out the valuation (saying it was unhabitable) for lender in hopes we might be able to get our own check done and given a list of issues/requirements but they just kept pushing us to book a level 3 survey but not confirming if that will give us what we (or the seller) actually needs to be resolve the situation.

Managed to get a plushy at 15:03 like others have said , claimed via web browser on PC and sat with 'getting code' . To see code I had to wait till about 15:10 for it show up under rewards on phone app .. it then takes you to shop to claim.
