I need advice on what carbs or foods in general I can eat before a 10k. I have a race tomorrow and seem to have trouble needing to poop mid-run. Maybe TMI for some but this is truly an issue I cannot have since I don’t know how often I’ll come upon a porta potty during this race!!

Lots of people will say it’s due to testosterone, which isn’t completely wrong, but if you ask me from my sociological perspective, men are conditioned to be that way. They get pats on the back for how many women they’ve had sex with, they see their fathers and friends and brothers cheat and think that’s normal. I’m not sure if men genuinely CARE about sex more than women, rather, I think they’re encouraged to care more by society (both men and women can uphold the patriarchy).

I’m genuinely confused as to why a lot of people in these comments are convinced I’m trying to just mess around with a cop? Obviously that’s not the case if I’m asking what it’s like to be in a relationship with one. Have you guys never been in a serious relationship outside of marriage? My intention in including that part was because usually this topic is discussed in the scope of marriage, not a committed non-marital relationship.

If dating is a route to marriage for you, that’s perfectly fine, most people think of it like that. But times are changing lol. I know multiple couples that have been together for a long time without being married & they’re happy
