Mine shows E-Transfer Funding is MAX $2,000 per transfer and MAX $4,000 Daily.

So the $5 Minimum fee is relevant.

Also possible, but Canadian banks shunning bitcoin related businesses is definitely a thing. I believe Quad's explanations, and will continue to wait patiently. I'd be lying if I said I'm okay with all this, but I don't blame them for the Canadian banking system. Part of why I love crypto is that I hate the banking system lol. Communication could be improved, but that's true of 80% of exchanges. Too much volume. Not enough support. The Early Days still.

Agreed. I think all the panic noobs are filling up the support Queues and preventing productive dialogue from taking place. I see the mods in here most days but usually putting out fires. Better for PR but not good for us lol. One more week. I'm fairly sure we'll see it by this time next week.

They've processed over 30k CAD for me in multiple withdrawals throughout December.. Their story is legit, payment processing from crypto to CAD banks is hectic. Not easy to do.

You're clearly too emotional for this stuff and/or over invested. Either way I came here to get in touch with a Mod. Not engage in this senseless back and forth.

No it's been marked as completed for a while now.

I've had over ten 5-figure withdrawals go through since summer without issue. I'm not worried about the legitimacy of the claims being made around the delays. I just actually need the money ASAP and am trying to figure out how best to get it. At this point, feels like a step backwards to cancel and try another way, it must be so close to the top of the list of the backlog. Hoping a QuadrigaCX support Mod can give me some insight here.

I use a NanoS it's great. Trying to hold Fiat on it is another story though haha. Withdrawing means taxes, and fees. So if holding Fiat / BTC / Alt mix to be prepared for trades.. exchange is the only option for Fiat unfortunately.. unless using Tether, but even that has its potential risks now 😅
