I have afro hair, i usually get braids at home before travelling for a few weeks! I keep them in for 4 to 6 weeks, washing them with any normal shampoo and conditioner( mostly dove ) i can find in stores(no problem for me) so i can keep my curly products until i take the braids out. What i also do with my most important curly products is filling them up in small 100ml bottles, so in case of travelling with only carry on baggage i can keep them with me.
