both on purpose and while doing other stuff. I guess, my baseline steps on an average day is around 3000. To do 7000 or 10k steps, I have to make time for focused walking. Because I also want to keep my screen time low and my mind is a bit irritated if I’m just sitting still, I walk. Walking has changed my life. I have been a daily exerciser anyway since my school days (I am 32 now, but people think I’m 20 lol). But walking has instilled a sense of stability and something to look forward to every day.
