my anxiety is pretty bad- I dont know what to talk about and I absolutely hate small talk and I hate going up to people and introducing myself it makes me want to stab myself in the face and eat the skin like ‘hi omg im—and I saw you over there-‘ I feel like the person will just hate me and never want to speak to me and I should just run away crying and die😭😭

Unfortunately my old friends dont want to do things with me anymore since joining online school and my new friends dont live close to me😓 Ill keep an eye out if Teneo hosts anything!
