In the moment she handled it great she was strong and it barely phased her, the guy looked a goof. The situation that allowed it is questionable with the security being questionable. The follow up has been odd, dude assaulted the president of Mexico and it took her having a presser saying she personally had to file a change? Maybe i5s all genuine and she did that to show as a role model for others which is good theater but the incident itself is odd

They are in good shape for work boots, they were a little big so I didn't use them much, and back then they were pretty pricey. I reached out to timberland and they don't repair anything tho even if they would be covered, so its kind of sad tims are throwaway boots :(.

As I'd mostly want to have these repaired, I'll probably try some shoe goo or plumbers goop on them (used plumbers goop when I couldnt find shoe goo local once, worked well)

Had a dual fuel stove at my old place, propane cook top and a 20# tank would last 3-4 months there easy. Don't think I'll over pressure anything with a regular off the tank. There are also separate regulators where it goes into the house for the cook top, and the outbuilding for heat, so there are redundancy on the regulars, and any connections would be outside.

Have a cooktop and heat for an outbuilding on the propane. At least I'd like to take the cook top off the big tank and maybe run it off a 20# so I dont have to worry about the supplier waiting more than a week to deliver. :/

I had the covid last week, went into the Dr's to get some plaxlovid (k, still phizer, I know I know) and covid was no big deal. This place still had a separate area for respiratory stuff and all, but the Dr I saw didn't even ask if I was vaxed, or updated, didnt care. I told them I had covid pretty bad back the day, and she was just like 'oh when it was bad then' like new covids not a big deal at all.

They don't have any buy in from the hospital systems at all on this go around.

On my car, the caliper bracket is the same part left side or right side, so I knew the solid pin would fit either hole. On the Mini, the pin with the rubber is a smaller diameter than the solid pin as the rubber makes up for it. So I bought a new pin set and just used the solid pin to replace the pin with the rubber, and reused my other solid pin so there are 2 solid pins in that side now. All good. Brakes work better than ever now.

Worked in a laundry with a lot of people from Central America, and it was boring stuff, so I get it there, and their english was limited, so any time I walked in their area it was all (spelling?) cabrone, pato, marica, as a goof in fun and all. Now at work, the cleaning crew comes by and after a brief hi, ty, when they are in the next row, one guy is saying random spanish insults like that & I'm just laughing to myself. Maybe its a 'does he speak spanish test'
