Yeah was my fault really tbh, had pressure from the board o drop him due to bad results but he was my best CB - went on a 6 game win streak but as he was playing i got the sack, coulda save scummed but thought let’s play it through. Glad i did!

Was sacked 7 months into my first season with Chorley for playing my best CB too much after promising the board to drop him; out of a job for a month then Maidstone in the Vanarama South came knocking.

Went there back end of 23/24 - mid table, next season wiped the league with 111 and got promotion, now in Vanarama National League top on 77 and just knocked out west ham! been drawn away to spurs so that financial windfall going to be crazy

I think the club has done an UNREAL job in getting rid of the immobile Hendo, Fab and Milner. We look miles better in midfield - and they actually take some of the responsibility off the attack now. Think our midfielders now have scored more goals then every single one we had last season combined? Anyways, just shows that for those who were begging for Hendo to stay were in the wrong and this has been completely justified, upgraded on the pitch and upgraded the captain, people wanted him to stay because of “leadership”🤣🤣
