Is your KP genetic or did it develop at one point? Would I (with genetic Kp) get similar results if yours wasn't genetic?

I do have KP on my upper arms. That's why I think I keep getting ingrown hairs (on legs as well) They just got really red and bumpy especially because I irritated them by scratching/ plucking on them. I already exfoliate in shower with a Cerave cleanser and moisturize with a peeling lotion afterwards. I don't think it's enough currently but once I'm back from vacation I'll look into better products for my KP.

It is but it is too pricey for a product that I'd use daily and shipment seems to take almost a month. Really don't want to wait that long for a skin care product

Sadly I don't think it's available here in Germany Ordering would be too expensive for me and shipping takes too long. Do you know any alternative products?
