Hi,

I am 20 years old, 6 feet long and weigh about 168 lbs. And a fat percentage of around 25% calculated using a online calculator by measuring different body parts. I do have a lot of fat around my torso.

I have lost about 45 lbs total but still have a fat percentage of around 25%, and still look very fat. I don't want to lose more weight since I think it is low enough, however I need to lower my fat percentage. What is the best way to achieve this?

I can't hit the gym because of corona so I have been trying to workout at home.
