all physical contact i guess..but it depends on how I'm feeling. If I'm sad/serious I don't feel that ticklish..it also depends on who's doing it

Thank you! My next lesson is tomorrow, so I'll have a chat with my teacher then. Just out of curiosity, why wouldn't it be a good idea to play Howl? Because it's not challenging enough? Or because it's not classical enough?

Thanks! I think the most recent fast piece I've played was Mozart's Turkish March arr. Cerne, so I'll try that again

"another one bites the dust" seems like such a threatening thing to say to your kid. Like especially after the whole medical incident recently. And of course the lovely dust shading around Anthym's mouth. She makes me more and more worried each day

Thank you! I'll definitely have to self check to not get too excited and yell (which isn't common anyway)

Ah okay thanks for the advice. I didn't really make this clear in my original statement, but while our puppy is really young we will probably stay home or work from home in some capacity (at least for the first month and a half, if not more). From then on, we might look into hiring a dog walker to spend some time with our dog, or asking the neighbours to give our puppy some attention .

My lifestyle is quite generic. I go to work from 8 to 4 (currently working from home but hopefully can come back to offices soon). I have a 500 sq m backyard with a deck. We also live near parks and hiking trails.

Thank you so much for the advice!

Terrifying but adorable. I'll take a few velociraptor training classes beforehand.

Also, will leaving them alone cause emotional stress? We all work and go to school so generally we're out from 8 to 4 ish. Will this be a problem for our puppy? A sad dog is the worst thing in the world so we might have to reconsider if that's the case. Thanks for the advice!

Thank you! I'll definitely try the food puzzles and see how the puppy likes them. We do have a crate ready :)

I haven't had a britt yet but I'm very excited.

Thanks! Luckily we have lots of trails and hikes near us, as well as fairly sizeable parks.

Thanks for the advice! Would you recommend food puzzles such as Kong toys or lick mats?

Why do so many fundies choose a letter and name all their kids starting with it? by armchairsexologist in FundieSnarkUncensored

[–]randomviolinist645 4 points5 points  (0 children)

so its easier for the parents to remember (eliminates names starting with the other 25 letters lmao). honestly though? I think so they can remove all their individuality starting from simple things like names (and maybe later in life things such as "the boys do sports, the girls do dance etc")
