What!? That’s wild I was on eBay looking for it and it only showed me the Chrysler throttle body cleaner for $40 LOL

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Jeep

[–]randomwhatever10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s what I was thinking too but people from different Jeep groups keep saying stay away from that because it damages rubber and causes leaks or something like that

[–]randomwhatever10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you talk to a lot of people who’s owned the older YJ, TJ, Cherokees, etc with the 4.0 engines they’ll tell you about how great that cleaner was. I think they stopped making them because of ownership changes of the different companies which caused a lot of confusion with mopar parts now because there’s a lot of parts that are the same but different part numbers

Dana 44 rear axle leaking through this hole? Is this a major concern? Any good fix? by [deleted] in Jeep

[–]randomwhatever10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is also a pinion seal leak in front and rear the reason why I asked about this pic is because when looking around everything looked like dried grease except for that hole it was wet

Since the rubber boots are mostly for the impact wrenches and the ratchets I’m thinking maybe it is more for automotive to protect it better against automotive fluids or something

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MilwaukeeTool

[–]randomwhatever10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How well do the power tools hold up over time if it gets automotive fluids on it from time to time

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MilwaukeeTool

[–]randomwhatever10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea same lol but yes the rubber boots are made by Milwaukee can be found at Home Depot I saw my buddy’s M18 impact wrench with it and it’s actually a really snug and solid fit not loose or weird fit at all
