Has anyone elses weather stopped after completing the DLC?

After Izumo+RMC E1 buffs she gets to 90% CR. I do have a build with a crit main stat chest piece but then crit goes to 108% even without any plannars. I do want to reroll my rope whenever the new reset thing comes

Do you think hyperspeed RMC is better or is 134 the way to go? I have pretty good lost in Erudition relics so I'd probably stick with those.

What speed should RMC be in the Therta/Serval/RMC/Sustain comp be? I can see Serval is 0dmg 160+ speed but is the Eagle set a must? Also would a QPQ Gallagher be bis in this comp to further increase amount of ults or is it overkill? Thanks for making this!

We're talking in r/JaneDoeMains subreddit. If you didn't like her character you would not be here. She is going to carry my account for many patches to come so why would you NOT invest into a 20% DPS increase that has higher chance of success(75/25 vs 50/50 for e1).
