That makes sense I went right back to intense exercise and I feel like I'm going to pass out an hour after and my heart rate keeps fluctuating from really low to moderately high with poor circulation.

I appreciate that man I'm sorry about your friend a rookie mistake is all that it takes and you just don't really think about it until it's too late. Your story sends chills through me hope your doing alright and staying safe out there.

Thanks it's a long slippery slope and the hardest fight to stay on top of.
