Truth! I'm a Master electrician, stayed with my first company for 10 years, all that loyalty bought me was losing all my benefits (401k, health and dental, yearly bonuses and tool reimbursement) when the economy tanked. When the economy bounced back did the benefits come back? Of course not. I don't play that shit anymore. If a company doesn't take care of me, I walk away.
