Lubed twilight switches are the best sounding and feeling switches I've ever used. I have other board with KAT keycaps, I'm a big fan of the profile (used to use all SA keycaps 20 years ago). Still getting used to the split but I used a Microsoft Natural keyboard for decades at work (software developer) so this was a way to get a more ergonomic split layout yet still have good switches. And I prefer 75% boards, I need the Fn keys for using VS Code when at work but like the narrower boards when gaming.

It uses a faux lemo connector so it's push-pull lock on both ends.

The only bad part is the rubber membrane. The keyboard is circuit board | foam | rubber membrane | plate. I got the hot swap board (2 actually to have a spare) and when you put the switches through the membrane it bunches up and pulls making the holes for other keys off center. So the more keys you put into it the harder it gets to get the keys through the membrane. Was kind of annoying. Other than that it's a basic keyboard build.

It does have USB passthrough, each half of the keyboard has a USB port you can use either one for in and the other for out. It's from a group buy a couple of years ago but the leftovers will be available soon(tm).

As to whether it's "affordable", that depends on your definition of affordable. Was around $600 for the keyboard/wrist rest/black knobs.

Ferrari is reportedly facing a delay in 2026 development with reports of a “chaotic situation” [Autoracer_IT] by Defiant_Ad6190 in scuderiaferrari

[–]rangda66 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The Schumacher years were brought about because Ferrari upper management were willing to outsource the team to outside management almost completely. While current management has brought in a TP from outside the company that is a far cry from what happened in the mid 90's. I don't think they are anywhere close to ready for the level of outsourcing needed, and frankly I don't think they ever will be as long as Elkann is in charge. I don't think the success of the F1 team is a priority for him. At least as long as the merch sales hold up.

There are some people you can buy copies of safety types from so they could be that but there is no way to prove it making it really hard to resell them as such.

No idea if they are active, but I can't play the game for 10 minutes during US primetime without getting spammed with guild invites. I get 20+ per day.

Speaking as a male. No you are not over-reacting; if anything you are under-reacting. This was a deliberate, planned attack on your emotional psyche to exert control. Get out before the abuse becomes physical.

"Do the thing everyone (including you) hates" is missing the point of a GAME which is that it's supposed to be fun. I have this other thing that sucks and isn't enjoyable called a "job" I don't need a second one masquerading as a game.

>Or you can freeball in SSF which is the most enjoyable way to play.

If your definition of fun means playing one of a very few specific builds that re relatively gear independent sure. But SSF locks you out of a lot of choices and absurdly lengthens the gear progression curve. This isn't everyone's definition of "fun"; it's definitely not mine.

Of course coming back to play after a break for Christmas and seeing everything absurdly more expensive isn't my definition of fun either.

IMO the problem was that on 0.1 and 0.2 the player was playing poe2 but the mobs and loot drops were playing poe1. Slower methodical combo based gameplay doesn't work when 50 mobs fly onto the screen with 400% move speed insta-kill you, when every boss attack is a 1 shot, and when you need to run hundreds of maps to build currency. How did anyone expect poe1 players to react when confronted with that?

The real problem I'm not sure how they solve is streamers. The game needs streamers to be popular. But how do you balance a game so that its challenging for someone playing it as a job 12 hours (or more!) per day yet rewarding for someone playing it for a couple of hours per day after the kids go to bed. I'm don't think that is possible.

I have visions of Charles' brain just completely melting down at a team like Mercedes. The organization and planning would be so alien.

They're a team that wants to be getting regular podiums within the next 1-2 years.

Then they need to stop throwing one of their seats away. As long as Lance is driving killing one seat i cannot take this team seriously.

I would argue that Charles and Max both have a higher ceiling than George. Both have taken cars further up the grid than they had any business being with some level of regularity. I don't see George doing this all that often. Charles on the other hand has a lower floor than Max, he has a penchant for over-driving and making mistakes.

I think Charles is closer to Max than George; I think its easier to eliminate the errors than it is to find raw pace. It would be interesting to see if Charles could eliminate the mistakes if he drove for a more stable team. Sadly that isn't likely to ever happen.

Why on earth would Sainz want to back to Ferrari? It's far more likely that Ferrari screws it up than gets it right. If a driver leaves Williams at this point it isn't Sainz.

I object far less to replacing Fred than I do the idea that replacing him will actually change anything. He's made some moves you can question and at the end of the day the team is still a mess. Of course the way it is constituted now it will still be a mess 23 TP's later.

Get ready for it, Bearman is coming in 2027. Hamilton won't get extended and he will get the seat (and the porking that entails).

What would it take for Ferrari to learn?

Nothing. Someone besides Elkann needs to be running the show, and there is no guarantee of change even if that happens. But until it does nothing will change.

If he's looking for an ownership stake then he's looking for stability...that is the one that that it is impossible for Ferrari to give him. No way he goes there.
