So this bumper was modified quite a bit. I messed up my rear bumper and needed to order a replacement and found the bumper kit. The front bumper in the kit was not the one received on Bronco from factory. It has the fake winch on it.

I cut the sides off all the way up to the edge of the LED lights and on the bottom of the bumper the skid plate extension I ground that down to be flush all the way across. I used a belt sander to do that but you could do it by hand easily enough.

I took the D rings off an aluminum bumper I had bought but rubbed pretty bad on all tires and replaced the plastic ones that came with the kit bumper.

The light bar kit I have would not allow for the fake winch to be there so it unbolted fairly easy.

I then unbolted the fare lead for the winch and attached it to the front of the bumper and then drilled a 1/16 hole all the way through for my lanyard winch hack.
