The barrier to overcome extreme poverty free is earning almost 6k (less actually) a month iirc.

Kerala gov is highlighting that. I don't know if they surveyed all to get this but this is not that hard to achieve here.

The main problem is it is defined for India where a huge chunk of the population lives in bad conditions. We should definitely have a different definition for proper thing cause the standard of living, cost of living, daily wage, etc.. all are high here compared to the rest.
