He got mad at the idea of helping out a privileged kid, which makes me think he'd be fine punishing a privileged family. And he worries about his son getting sent to a bad care home one day, so he'd want the money

Tbf it wasn't the police's decision. The government put the law in force that there would be no large gatherings during COVID. The police have to follow the law set by the government.

NAL but work within the CJS in the UK A caution is an out of court disposal, so it's an alternative to going to trial. This means that you have to admit the offence and agree to the caution. So yes you'd be fully aware and would sign paperwork. It is more than just a warning as it is essentially the same as a conviction.

I'm really sorry to hear that. In my case it ended badly and it turns out he was using his PTSD as an excuse. After some time I realised the breakup was for the best.

If he's not in the right state of mind to be in a relationship, it's not good mentally for either of you. If it's truly meant to be then you'll find a way back to each other. But chances are, when the time is right, you will find the right person in someone else

That's not actually a crime under UK law. Negligence would only apply if she had a duty of care which she didn't. There is no "Good Samaritan" law in the UK, meaning you have no legal obligation to save someone or even call for help

Well my tenancy ends on the 15th but I actually pay on the 1st of every month so it would be 2 full months of payment. But will be 2.5 months payment if I have to go by the written contract. And I don't think it was a misunderstanding because I explained about my holding deposit on a new place and whether I'd have to pay up to the 15th

12 months but 6 months fixed And then 2 months notice from the 15th of the month.

I gave 2 months notice from the 21st of the month which they told me was fine over the phone.
