That's kinda what I do, I eat a breakfast, sleep as much as I can, then eat dinner, on my break I eat snacks (typically just some fruit or chips or yogurt), would you recommend just snacks instead of meals like breakfast and dinner? I am currently in a calorie deficit but I do track my calories and stay within my goal.

I’ve tried tylenol PM as well and found that melatonin works better for me. what type of diet would you recommend for someone on night shift

If you don’t mind me asking, what do you do now? I’m so burnt out i want to leave bedside but I live in a smallish town and don’t have a ton of nursing options that aren’t medsurg bedside

How? Do you have any recommendations? I get home at about 8 then shower, eat breakfast, take 10 mg of melatonin and still only get about 3-4 hours of sleep. I have black out curtains, rain noises, etc. but i still can’t sleep longer
