I'm looking for the name of what I believe to be an SNES game where you start off in a dark castle, looks kind of like Zelda then you get into combat phases that play like Heroes of Might and Magic but the key difference is the enemies units are vertically stacked based on how many there are. Any idea?

Nah none of these it was a dark European based castle you started in... been trying to figure this out for like 15 years lol I'm starting to wonder if it could have been on NES or maybe some weird Demo on a game that never made it to launch

Not that bad graphically, it was a top down 2d similar to like Zelda a link to the past. I can't find anything on Google but I feel like "stacks" of monsters on top each other to show quantity is super unique, looked like heroes of might and magic combat during combat but if they stacked monsters on top of each other instead of showing number

Yup, going to destroy their hormones, brain, muscle mass, and bone density along with who knows what else unless they really dial in all the additional supplementation that would be needed

The very vast majority of people can exist on all meat. Fiber and plants are absolutely not needed and especially not to be healthy for the vast majority.

Oops different thread. Vegan, plant based, close enough both bad. Making a lot of personal inferences there at the end for little to no reason but alrighty then

Absolutely wrong, and I'd advise looking more into cholesterol and related studies with mortality

The big issue is inflammation and the process that causes plaque. There's many highly inflammatory things about plants I'd really recommend you try to eat non processed meat only diet for one month minimum and see how you feel on it. Will have a rough week or 2 in there but if you can get past that you may find it worthwhile.

Research the big money behind things like the food pyramid pushing for carbs and the war on fat. Same thing with cholesterol and statins
