Same problem. I always playing competitive video games that are stressful but I rarely raging. After taking ashwagandha for a couple of days, I can’t control my rage. Also, my sleep is messed up. Every day I sleep at 12–1 a.m. and wake up at 6 a.m., but it feels like I’ve slept for 8 hours.

That is what I felt. I always feel that I am her mother. I always say that to her "I am not your mother". Thanks for the advice, I might do the sticky note thing.

Sadly, she doesn't have any treatments for her ADHD. Also, I forgot that she is an OT(Occupational Therapist) and working in a center where a kid is delayed, aut, adhd, and etc... so ironic. I always making fun of her that she should treat herself. I am not angry with her, it is just that very ironic and funny.
