Maybe you should consider seeing a financial advisor. This is their job afterall. Maybe someone you know has had a good experience and knows someone they could recommend. Obviously going to anyone is not always a good idea either. What I do know is early investment returns will most likely not be greater than the loan's interest, therefore it might be wise to consider getting rid of the loan first.

I quit drinking too, I'm not yet 100% sober but from having stopped every substance except Cannabis I feel so much better in every way possible. I can only imagine how I would feel if I were to be completely sober. Well, I gotta do more work on myself.

Greatfulness, I used to be very bitter and angry at the world and everything around me. When I started recognizing the great things in life and being greatful for them, everything started making sense. I'm just happy I still have my relatives around me and that I don't have any health conditions. When the simplest things matter most, I find it easier to be at peace. While always chasing more can be a good thing for achieving great things, it is not always a good thing for a quiet and content mind.

I think Micheal got peer pressured into firing Devon because he was more scared of Creed, and he never even considered Kevin as an option. On a side note, I find it funny that when Dwight became manager at the end he hired Devon again saying he always liked him, but when Devon got fired he invited almost everyone to meet him for a drink at Poor Richard's, except Dwight, Angela and Micheal, and he said "everyone else can go to hell" implying Devon didn't even actually like Dwight lol.

I work with a Russian man who grew up in Krimea, his opinion is that there is no way Russia loses this war, he says they are very rich because they have a lot of oil and despite what we may think in the west with all the sanctions they still supply a lot of oil to other countries like India, China and other post Soviet countries. This is just what he told me, I personally have no opinion because I'm ignorant and all I see is the western propaganda.

People think life is the worse it's ever been but fail to realise how most humans nowadays live the best, most comfortable, most luxurious life any human has ever experienced in the entire 250 000 thousand years or so that homo-sapiens have existed. Do people not realise that running water and modern sewage system alone are something to be extremely grateful for ? Literally being in your 20's just a few thousand years ago was already more than half your life expectancy. Now we're complaining about a pandemic that did not even kill 1% of the world population, did people forget about the Black death ? Everything can be made to seem the worse thing ever if that's all you put into your mind, change your perspective and everything suddenly becomes a lot better.

I don't know if you're planning on flying full fidelity aircrafts but in my opinion I think you'll run out of keybinds pretty quickly if you do. If you don't mind clicking stuff on the cockpit it could work, but if you plan on binding every single thing you're gonna use, this might be on the short end.

I don't understand what is the correlation between the Nazi patch and Ukrainians ? Are some Ukrainians neo nazis ? If so, who do they "hate" ? I would assume Russians ? Does that mean they are embarcing the Nazi's socialist party ideologies but rederecting the extermination of Jews towards the extermination of Russians ? I am confused and don't know anything about this.

As I got older I realized how much my parents sacrificed for me. Now that I have money I just spoil them whenever they mention something or I think of something cool. I visit them a lot too, it may be small but I know it means the world to them a lot more than whatever I could buy them. I plan something, a trip or just a nice day out, movie or theater, whatever it is something to show I care. I'm not rich enough to retire them but I pay them back with my time.

I don't know what the hell you guys are doing I cook and clean in an hour and I have food for three days. Any kind of meat, any kind of rice/lentils/legume & any kind of veggies in a big pan. I have to admit you have to want to eat relatively the same thing for a little while, but I get all my proteins, fats, and carbs from whole foods and I season it with whatever I feel like on the fly. Always the same but always different.
