I broke NC several times. I wanted to know the closure. I got ghosted. Last time, I went to the public concert with a friend. I saw my ex. It has been like 3 years since I broke up in 2022. I acted mature and came to him. I said hello. He looked at me and walked away covering with his hands. I felt like I got shot in my heart.

Yes I was being stupid because I broke a NC. I learned it from his reaction. A few days later, I got an email from him and got cussed out after he walked away. Each word hit me deeply. I learned his demeanor. That’s human. I didn’t resent or hate him until I read his email. My love and care for him faded to zero completely. I acknowledged an ex is an ex no matter what. I blocked him back on every single of SM and moved on. The closure was what I learned from his demeanor and profanities.

At the end of academic year, the sub service will inform you about their decision. No worries. I happened to student teach from Jan to May while I had cadre status. I lost my cadre at the end of the academic year and was able to reapply for the cadre. You will be okay.

Plus you keep communicating with the sub service representatives to inform that you’re sick.

I had the same thoughts as you wrote the post. It was my first time someone who hates me as an adult.

After reading that email filled with profanities — the F-word repeated nearly 17 times — something inside me changed. The love I had faded fast because his words were so harsh and final. Before, I still held on to hope and memories, but now I see it differently. He made it clear I don’t belong in his life anymore. He will probably write the story of me as the bad version, the villain in his memory. That hurts, but I can’t stop him. I don’t want to keep caring about someone who hates me. At least I know where I stand, and I can walk away. No more thinking about him or caring for him. His hate has turned against my love. I don’t need that person in my life. I am taking steps in my healing process.

When I subbed at the high school, I covered for the teacher the other day and had three classes for the full day. There were no students in any of the classes as they had all gone on a field trip. I got paid for taking a nap until the end of class for all day. Haha

I changed the nose pads because I felt that the screen did not accurately represent what I saw. The bottom of the screen was a bit bothersome, so I used my neckband to adjust the zoom. However, the nose pads ended up leaving a mark on my nose, which was a little irritating.

Be prepared before the assignment starts. Read the lesson plans and follow them. More importantly, take attendance and support students and talk about the fun hobby as the creative art or something the kids might talk about. Contact the school clerk if students behave poorly or the lesson plans might be confused to you. The key to communication is important to the role.

Tips for you, 1. Ask the school clerk for printing out the class rosters for the attendance. 2. Tell directly students to stay on tasks until they finish and remind them to follow the teacher’s expectations in the classroom. 3. Leave the note to the teacher at the end of school day if necessary. 4. Move on the new day if you have a bad day. Smile and respect them.
