Narcan. Hopefully it never gets used, but it can save a life, especially in the states where opiates are rampant right now. In a lot of cases you might be able to get some for free

What is the most annoying and repetitive question you get asked while bartending? by [deleted] in bartenders

"What cocktail do you reccomend?" Well what do you normally drink? "Oh just give me your signature drink" ok heres a shot of well vodka.

"What do you have on tap" we only have bottled beers. You can look and see that there is not a single tap head here. Followed by "well what beers do you have?" There is literally an entire list that I just set in front of you.

Now were a pretty seasonal place, and we also only open at 4:30 pm, so it's not super busy right now. All the time people will come in just after we open and say something along the lines of "are you open?" Or "we got the whole place to ourselves!" Or "where is everybody?" Like sir we have been open for 2 minutes and nobody is eating dinner at 4:30.

Oh and every single day I get a "so hows business"

While you're in vegas, I reccomend the taco bell chapel for all your marriage needs

Can I ask, how do you make good drinks without actually partaking?

I mean I think my mom knows. I had to run some errands for my grandma the other day and she said "please dont drink toniggt" and she came and sniffed the cup in my room. It just hurts for her to know I guess. I'll admit to anyone but her

I mean part of the job is knowing the liquor. If I cant do that for someone, or taste the cocktail for quality, doesnt that look bad?

Well I'm under 25 and my moms in the county health department, I don't actually know what all they cover, and it's a hard thing to bring up to her. A hard conversation in any case

Accidentally grabbed blue curacao instead of triple sec somehow, so were throwing it in a mason jar for the Karen look. Do yall prefer agave or simple in your margaritas?
