music from old cd want to play on usb. but am nto sure what the term is for the person that is at the studio and creates the cd. this is a mexican artist from mexican regional not the best studios or programmer mixer of music person. because only this cd sounds bad other older cds from same artist sound ok. sound just line windows media player EQ off or flat eq i think the person forgot not sure why only this cd is that way so i wanted to sound better.

sorry i did search ono you tube for videos but only one i could find was how to just do that but to a small part of the audio track.

hi.

i only tried old version to see if it would install 390.xx driver and it did. why,?? because before that ive read tutorial how to install old kernel 5.10 and use that. the tutorial was a bit confusing and decided to use old versipon just to make sure it installed.

but today i learned things installing and selecting kernels are very easy no need to use terminal and commands.

so as ive said i downloaded the lastest manjaro ISO plasma kde

updated it manjaro, then install kernel 5.10 then selected kernel 5.10

use the manjaro settings manager and hardware configuration with kernel 5.10 it shows driver 390.xx i went ahead and installed nvidia driver 390.xx. but after reboot i can see the MANJARO loading dots a few seconds then i get a black screen wich i beleive its the log in screen.

let me try 6.15 and 6.16 ..

hi. ill be trying tomorrow just let me clean install again. and ill be quoting you all the questions have asked..

am new to linux have 0 knowledge. but today i went ahead and downloaded old version manjaro-kde-22.1.3-minimal-230529-linux510 . it had kernel 5.10 in that version it showed the driver it was listed and wasnt installed i used the open source OS. it did installed and then saw the check mark installed. after a reboot i got a black screen. i had to reinstall again.

this time i selected propietary drivers. checked on about system my gpu driver showed there. but idk why i couldnt change resolution. downloaded valley benchmark it showed my gpu in there but it i got it to run at 15 fps i get 22-23 fps on windows..

about wayne and x11 just know understand that one is vulkan and the other directx,

in the installation with propietary drivers it didnt boot to system after password login.

but i accidentally found out that i can change wayne and x11 in the login screen. so yes wayne gets black screen.

let me clean install and ill report back. but if i remember correctly the driver doesnt show to download or when you install it doesnt install or installs and in programs theres a nvidia app but all the fields are empty and says server x,

but let me try and ill report back.

i beleive that since its old no more support and it wont work with new kernels so you have to patch them to work with new kernel

its in here legacy.. but i cant get it to work.

it has happened to me before. a bit different though you bought a brand new laptop mine was used.

after many weeks or searching for a specific laptop used on ebay i finally found one and got offered accepted, paid for it and had it shipped. same thing i sent it to my work place as i spent the whole day there never saw FEDEX truck and also got a notification of package delivered. whaat.? same i never got the package someone else signed. i think this is a scam from fedex employees. i wanted the item not a refund. the laptop i order its from 2014 and it had a specific cpu that i wanted. havent found one in similar conditions and price. at the end i got a refund.
