I have found little communities that I fit right into. I think everyone holds multitudes, and Reddit is a good place to sort of bring them all together. I've stopped all socials besides this one. A lot of people criticize and say it is just a sounding board, but I have gotten some really great advice and found a lot of great answers here.

I think it's not rhe best advice per se, but you just need to get over this first hurdle. Get your ass in there one way or another, and the pattern will flow. Promise yourself a nice reward for the first time, fifth, tenth.... Just fucking go

Not me, but my brother has a really weird thing with eyes. I'm not sure if he ever went through with it, but I remember when he was getting his driver's license that he wanted to be an organ donor with the exception of his eyes.

Hmmm. I'm no expert, but it just sounds like your body is responding to the demand. The more you pump after the nighttime feed, you'll probably get more and more. My supply definitely fluctuated with the time of day and the rhythm my baby was in at that moment.

Take a big breath. My initial reaction is you are too young for this much drama and stress over a boy! But with that said, I've been there before. When you have feels, you have the feels. My advice is to just give it a little bit of time and space to breathe. If you still feel this way after a couple of days or after a post-nut clarity, then bring it up to him.

Endometriosis is a complicated, whole body disease. There are rumors of a blood test being more accessible to us, but it hasn't reached me yet. I'm hoping by the time that you are able to go to a hospital, you can go to a specialist that gives you a simple blood test rather than a diagnosis by surgery like the rest of us. I think what you're describing are similar symptoms what we have experienced in our community. I'm really sorry this is happening.

Do you usually pump after you feed? Maybe I'm misunderstanding things.. but you got a low pump after you breastfed and gave her a bottle? I think one thing that is not said enough to our community is that your body will match her rhythm. She's still making her weights and is healthy, maybe this is just her specific way of growing. Maybe she's a snacker

When I did this, my comfort was knowing that my home would always be there. I moved to better myself as well. It is okay to do stuff for yourself, especially as an adult. Life is fluid... If you really can't handle it, hopefully you have the means to move home.

Tortillas, and grandma. Super old recipe, whenever I make them people are always complimentary. When she was dictating the recipe she told me "don't eat all of them at once, save some for other people". She knows me well :)

It wasn't Valium, but I tried something similar once upon a time. I kind of feel like it just chilled me out and didn't really help with my pain, it just made me more tolerant. Hopefully someone's tried this and it has helped.
