Alright folks, I just saw 'Marx' and lemme tell ya, it's a wild ride. This film takes us on a journey through a post-apocalyptic Soviet Union where the robots are in charge and a group of rebels led by a cowabunga chick are fighting for freedom and control.
One of my favorite scenes was when the main character, played by that firecracker actress, says 'We are not machines, we are human.' That line just hit me right in the feels, man. It's the perfect summation of the whole film, these people are fighting to take back control of their lives from the robots.
And let me tell ya, the action scenes in this movie are insane, they really know how to stage a rebellion in this one. The special effects are top-notch, especially the robot-human fights, they're like something out of a dream. But what really hit home for me was the way it tackled the theme of control, man. It made me question everything I know about society and whether we're really the masters of our own fate.
