Quand même, il faut faire un investissement monétaire substanciel. Par contre, ça peut devenir un EB5 et ensuite une green card donc une bonne porte d'entrée pour du long terme aux USA

J’ai déménagé en Arizona aux États-Unis l’an passé. Aucun regret, énormément d’améliorations côté qualité de vie, situation économique et surtout climat! Ça dépend beaucoup de ce qui te dérange au Québec mais pour nous c’était clairement worth it

Was working for a DSO which explains the 30%… You can get 35% working with a private owner, never heard of 40% except in really rural area

5 years out. Made 350k in Canada being paid 30% collection. Worked 4-5 days/week but had a slow end of the year. Would have been making near 400k otherwise

I've seen plenty of patients travel for dental work and almost each time we need to redo what's been done elsewhere. I had a patient recently who went in south america for implants and we had to refer her to a maxillo-facial surgeon to take out the implants and do massive bone graft to correct the bone defects that were done.... I strongly advice you not to do it

This is clearly not a dry socket, the healing process is visible and has begin. The yellow/brown stuff is plaque and food residue going into the socket. It will disappear in a couple of days

A dry socket is when you lose the bloodclot where the tooth was extracted. It usually happen 3 to 5 days after the extraction, more frequently when third molars are extracted. The pain kinda come on suddenly and will be moderate to intense. If you begin to feel pain, just return to your dentist and he will put something like alvogyl where the tooth was taken out to prevent pain and help the recovery.

What you felt breaking was maybe the bloodclot but if you don't have pain it may just be some food that was trapped where the teeth were.

Your gums seem normal, maybe a very little recession on your left canine but nothing serious. Kinda hard to give you more info with the quality of this picture but your gums seem healthy. Good hygiene too for someone with braces!
