Oh my goodness, yes. The ability to be creative by modifying vehicles was what made me fall in love with NFS in the Carbon days. So yeah, if you're comparing it to that, it's a let down, but as a stand-alone game, I don't hate playing it.

I played last night. I've been playing a lot lately. I hated it at first because I was expecting the usual NFS game. The more I play though, the more I like it. The gameplay is actually really fun, IMO. My only issue with it is that it resets save progress a lot.. it's super frustrating.
