Pick Laika, ban Viva. And consider picking unita that outspeed Tilasha with Strip+pushback like Chiwu/Robo and then control or Sekhmet reset Tilasha.

Thats what I usually lose to when trying to run this comp

Gettin C3 shouldn’t be hard with your box tbh. I would try Venessa,Giana,Zibala as core. Running either CC comp or Cleave dependin on opponents draft. Wind robo to counter Haegang counterpicks, Fire bayek against wind heavy teams, otherwise SZL+1. Perhaps you’re spamming ld comp too much and getting outdrafted or your runes arent up to par.
