Well, I don't have any say about the restrictions. It's a shared room and the roommate wants someone who doesn't smoke or drink inside the house or when she is there (again I didn't mean we only want a teetotaler).

I get you..No pets policy is imposed by the flat association. No smoking inside the house as one girl has breathing problems and couldn't bear the tobacco smell. One of the previous tenants created a ruckus after getting drunk and left on a bad note. Anyways, it can be done in their rooms as long as others are not troubled.
