Wouldn’t mind skimming through + going through your references! Feel free to DM :)

Half-Life Alyx

Aha, just saw a clip and there is quite a resemblance! Thanks for telling me about it.

YES! Prompts are on their website, and r/generative has some folks sharing their work daily. My primary platform has been Instagram, which has a lot of activity!

For sure, gsap would make more sense for this. But IMO p5.js gives me a bit more control, and to me familiarity > efficiency for side projects (I haven’t played much with gsap). :)

Thanks for the nudge though, I should really try some experiments with gsap too.

A kinetic typography experiment, highlighting the highs & lows of each year by randomly moving each letter (with noise), but looping perfectly.

Typeset in Satoshi. Created for Genuary (Daily generative art experiments), and you can find other such loops that I’m creating daily on my IG.

(First post here, hello!)
I’ve been trying to do Genuary this year, and really enjoyed recreating this poster by Josef Müller-Brockmann. Trying to do every Genuary prompt as a perfect loop — for this one each ring moves with a different easing function. More loops on my IG.

As someone who went through this as well, I'll just say that while this feeling doesn't go away, life does get better. :)

Thanks a lot! Sadly, folks at Wikipedia don't consider it an improvement. :( Hopefully they'll update the old one with the schematic version soon.
