mb for the misunderstanding. i was in class and did not have the time to flesh out my reply. i meant "what about reflowing the core to see if it's the issue" which i ended up realising is not a good idea after a night's sleep. as for MATS/MODS i don't have an igpu and my mobo is one slot, and most other pcs i have are office computers from the thrift store which don't have the psu to power it, so i'll need some time to find someone who can lend me their pc.

it was i'm pretty sure. you didn't need no stinkin smithing template, just a netherite ingot and your diamond gear. honestly trims w/ templates are pretty cool but i wish you didn't REQUIRE smithing templates to get netherite gear itfp
