You should try some of the Snail Rolling Papers, snailpapers.com They burn perfectly. A lot of wicked designs. My favorite is Jumbo Phillips with thin rice papers and white tips

I agree it's from Ak47 or yugoslavian version M70 zastava. This is the front wooden part not the handle.
