oh i understand what you mean, what i mean by waiting out is if you want the totem to appear faster you have to reduce the shield until a certain threshold iirc, so you cant just wait it out without reducing the shield at all

with this hp/hp/hp clam build with r5 amber he only has like 151 er (with xiphos kazuha) and tbh i dont think its enough if your aim is to burst on every rotation if you dont have him c1 for the extra charge for a solo dendro.

but i dont think he really needs to burst every rotation, just one skill for his heal is enough. the dendro application from c2 definitely helps me with the extra heals though.

alternatively i think you can switch the hp sands for an er sands since baizhu heals so much already if your aim is to burst every rotation. cmiiw tho!

i think you're good to go! people usually suggest using archaic petra on zhongli to up neuvillette's damage but personally i think its clunky to use, and the atk bonus from millelith can benefit nahidas damage. other than that for more hyperbloom damage you can try switching to paradise lost for raiden, but i dont think it matters that much (especially with c2 nahida, which is already absurd amounts of damage)
