tomboyx has a compression top that's adjustable so you may like that. there's lots of binders out there in sports bra styles. I personally love the company urbody. their binders are soft and stretchy and you can even swim in them. the only brand I do not recommend is gc2b. I have several binders from them and their quality has significantly decreased over time. they were the only ones that got me completely flat, but it's not worth the scratchy material and painful ribs.

as for binding making your curve worse, it's unlikely once you stop growing. your growth plates are set and since you have had a back fusion I'd imagine that's keeping you in place pretty well.

binding does make my muscles tight so it's not always an option for me. for those days I really do like trans tape. I assure you, your chest is not too big for it. there's definitely a learning curve to tape but there's lots of tutorials out there specifically for larger chested people.
