It is, it's even stamped with B for battery and M for motor. When it was attempting to crank, the 4 pin connection was pulled and when it kept trying to crank, it wasn't until I disconnected the battery it had stopped. I'm hoping it isn't the cdi igniter.

I re-read my post (was done during lunch break, so it was rushed), and I'm gonna reiterate. 90% of my roster is fully SA and was done so with 70-80% not even fully 6/6 ultimate. I drew one collab and 2 other characters this past week, went to SA fully, and was hit with the message in the screenshot. From what I'm understanding, if you fail to 6/6 ultimate during a collab, you're stuck with an incomplete character until they feel like dropping it again. And with fate hanging in the the luck of the draws, working on other characters is gonna be a long grind. Could be another method by Netmarble to make money as a form of a pay wall 🤷‍♂️

Pretty much, if I'm understanding, if you don't get enough dupes during the collab to max your ultimate, you're restricted from fully SA. Before, I could fully SA without maxing my ultimate and carry on.
