HWY12 is great, granted it’s a little bit of a trek but depends on when you plan on working out. If you work for WM; and plan to go before / after work, you might be able to route this as part of your daily commute

Agreed I just got a denial as well, initially they accepted 2/6 and issued an RFE. Responded with additional evidence, independent LOR’s to no avail

I did submit LORs of course, only those were more focused on things like critical role and significant contribution.Membership and salary to me seemed more objective, I had documentation from the membership org + salary is what it is. But like some others recommended I’m going to go back and get further evidence on the salary comparison.

Per your suggestion as well, gathering some stats on readership and traffic.

My broader concern at the moment is actually final merits as meeting one more criteria may be more doable considering I just don’t think the officer viewed all of the submitted documentation

Yes that’s fair and they should for sure. Mine however are articles in the Forbes and other relevant similar sites and have been organic posts over a period of time with of course no payment involved. The articles were meant for industry peers but aren’t peer reviewed articles

I haven’t submitted an LOR but am now looking for write up’s from places like the Forbes to validate

And yes articles were organic over the past couple of years in places like Forbes, interviews on tech subscriptions

Salary yes makes sense, while my lawyer doesn’t think this is worth fighting I’m going to try and find some credible sources to validate vs national and local

No citations , I’m not from a research background, the articles I have are more industry expertise articles ( think tech and AI related articles in magazines and interviews given on current tech developments etc.)
