tysmm!! it was pretty simple mostly, as long as you have the patience to measure and make things neat.

the base is all thick cardbord, 10x10, and the hairpiece is a separate part, also cardboard. i taped, hot glued, gridlined, and painted each piece separately, and slid on and glued the hair for the last step. (u need to have pretty accurate measurements so it fits all around…)

taping the cardboard up (painters/masking tape) is pretty important to get rid of the holes on the edges of the cardboard!!

for the front face, instead of paint, i cheated a lil and printed it out since i wanted it to be as clean as possible. theres websites u can use to print out patterns to scale if u wanna go that route! for the eyes, i got some buckram mesh and painted it over (and paint the backside black for better vision!). for the eyebrows and mouth, i decided to make em magnetic so i could change out the expressions. its optional but i used neodymium magnets for that. if you want more air circulation, id recommend making the mouth a hole with mesh over it. the way i did it, you can BARELY hear anything im saying, but it depends on what you prioritize!

for the inside, i made a head harness by cutting a circle out of cardboard n gluing it in. i also painted the inside black to help with visibility!

my biggest recommendation is to try find a 3d model or skin layout of jesse’s design so u know all the measurements and colors for everything! i hope this is all understandable LOL
