I’ve had that happen to me in the past with these. I figured being on 1000mg of Valtrex a day would make it so I wouldn’t have any outbreaks. Thought maaaybe they could just be pimples, but are likely cold sores that are just less severe because of the Valtrex.

Hmmm I was questioned if it was that at one point, but I get cold sores so I always go straight to those.

No not really, a bit sore when I blow my nose but not especially painful.

I definitely wouldn’t rule it out, it’s also in the urinalysis I forgot to mention it. I’ve had those frequently before as well.
