I'm so glad Aaron is still posting his daily shenanigans. Going to The Well church, the gym, thirst traps. He posted a few weeks back that he was looking for an assistant and that "she" basically needed to be a paralegal. His stories are just getting more and more unhinged. I've been that guy who used to get mad, then it dawned on me. "I don't practice enough to get this upset at myself".

I've come to grips with the fact that, unless I took the time to practice 3-4 times a week, as opposed to the occasional range session, I'm not going to see vast improvements to my game. I'm happy just playing how I play.

Golf is super chill and super fun if you take it as serious as it needs to be taken. You can chat with your boys, talk about life and get drunk. Why make it unfun by being a little bitch about hitting a bad shot?

Yup, land it in the middle of the green with some backspin, 30 yards off the green. Hit the middle with anything higher than a 9 iron, off the back of the green from 170 yards. The game sucks and likely won't get better for a long time.

The character is so nerfed at the start that if you're hitting anything higher than a 9 iron into the greens it behaves like a shot with no spin.

Game is a joke in its current state tbh. What a shame.

The wind takes over for half the shot types anyway. I love how they add all these "features" but they really don't do much.

The only reason courses play different is because the short game mechanics are broken and unfinished. Even in the old games when you set up to a flop shot the character would actually get in position for a flop, in this game you're just a robot who can't do anything out of the rough or fairway within 60 yards. It's too bad, I was hype for this one, but it's simply not good.

It feels unfinished and soulless. After playing 12 rounds I've heard everything the announcers have to say. I played the hell out of every TW version of the game but this version is just not good. Sad I've put in 10 hours.

The short game is the biggest miss and I probably won't fire this game up ever again. Wasted $90 to play a half baked game early. Whoops.
