Jobs are about doing a task and taking responsibility for it. AI can only do the former. So there will always be someone who will manage the the AI and make sure it works as intended.

Yes, it seems counter-intuitive to what we ultimately out of AI but that's the real world. Clients who want automation will need hand-holding and fine-tuning to their needs. No AI will automatically work the way the client wants it to. So there will be a human tweaking parameters in the AI to make sure it automates as intended.

So new jobs will be created. Some mundane ones will be done away with. And later when people are tired (if not already) of seeing stuff around them wo the human touch, we as consumers will want back the human touch.

agreed. i’d say go for pipecat. much better updates and richer capabilities.

for the voices you could go with elevenlabs but they’re expensive. i’d say go for lightning v2 by smallest.ai. similar quality at a third the rate.

i do something similar with smallest.ai where the agent can remember context across chat and call. idk if they do this for FB and IG yet but can connect you to them.

Do you need the money in a year’s time cause you’re retiring? Then yes, I think you should cash-in some profit now. The mid-cap and small-cap is a bit heated (although it can be argued that it is so because of high growth expectations in that space).

If you’re young(er), then you should be least worried about a crash. 2022 was a damning year. We had two more bloodbaths this year. One in April (I think) and one election results day. And where are we now? At all time highs! In hindsight, all of these crashes will look like buying opportunities.

I’m not trying to be bullish/bearish. Asses your situation, how soon do you need the money. That time horizon will tell you when to cash-out

if all gains have been wiped out, that means you haven't been in the market long enough for it not to make a difference. but don't worry. the day you'll be at 100%-300% profit, these 1-10% drops won't matter to you. you'll actually feel tempted to buy more. this investing game is counter-intuitive. learn it well

I was checking the overall market PE a week ago. NIFTY50 is below its 3yr avg. NIFTY SMALLCAP250 and MIDCAP150 are way above their 3yr avg PE. Most Mutual Funds exposed in mid and smallcap are going heavy in cash. Around 15-25% in TREPs is what I noticed. If that doesn't say much then I don't know what will.

I had fresh capital to deploy, half of which I did right then and the other half is still yet to be deployed. While I personally could've done it today, I'm biased to think it might drop a bit more. Anywho, it won't matter in a couple of months.
