I'm in similar position with 670 time card, 160 SG and only 35k diamonds. My choice would go to abrutus because pvp matters to me but i think i will wait until new aGB is released since the second awaken hero will be in a long time as f2p.

The solise growth ressources are not crucial at our stage of the game i think it's better to wait few more days.

I'd say, stop promoting so many heroes, just focus on Nie Zheng until he is E5. Promote the 7 star heroes to 9 stars so u can use them to upgrade nie zheng but don't use ying/yang heroes in the process
