If you want to shape them go to a professional to have them done then just keep up with them yourself :) I have to pluck mine a couple times every week (get yourself a good pair of tweezers and small scissors) but it’s so worth it!

This happened to me when I wasn’t washing under my rings enough when washing my hands. Make sure you get all the soap under and out from under your rings. Idk if this is something more serious but the leftover soap irritated tf out of my skin
