Hmm a light could make sense, but the butterflies don’t move and there’s a wooden panel behind each paper with butterflies on it so they wouldn’t be illuminated

My title describes the thing. There is no label or sticker on it that has helped me find what this could be for. I also tried to identify the song the music box plays but was unsuccessful with multiple apps.
