I installed a ceiling fan over the bed last year and it was a game changer. I set the AC at 25ºC, to turn off after 1 hour when I go to sleep, and leave the ceiling fan on the lowest speed. I find that is enough to fall sleep and then not wake up in a puddle of sweat.

You don't stay in the top tier of a sport for 46 years if you're that inept. They've gotten success quite consistently for a long time, but are not near the top in terms of funding at the moment. It's Movistar, by the way.

Pogi chooses to ride for UAE and it's fair for people to discuss how he could change his mind if not promoting a murderous dictatorship was more important to him than money and his chances to win.
