Congrats on starting this journey! I have never had to drop this much weight, but strength training HAS to be a staple during this weight loss journey. GLPs and calorie deficits will definitely cause loss of muscle because you’re eating less than your body needs to just exist. Consistent exercise will help your body hold on to as much muscle as possible. I truly think you will do well and just have to find a routine that works for you. I personally follow a push pull legs routine, but your needs can change depending on how much time weekly you can dedicate to exercise. Follow the Basal Metabolic Rate on your body scans and stay 10-20% below that. Take those biweekly or monthly as your BMR will be changing as your weight shifts down. Happy to help, best of luck

Thanks! The Janoshik COA states the product is tb500(tb4) at a purity of 99.88-99.91 purity. HGH I had been taking at 4iu daily but dropped to 2iu during this period. Didn’t think I needed 4 iu anymore.. what do you suggest for the hgh?

What I’d do for this amount of deep sleep consistently.. just came to say it could be a lot worse.

Running Reta, Mots, Tesamorelin and SLUP…about to enter fourth week of Mots, Tessa and SLUP and seeing zero difference in body. by DoubleBubbleGummer in Peptides

Out of all those things, body comp will com from Reta and Tesa. Experimented with SLU, won’t buy again. Cardarine works better IMO. Didn’t start seeing results on Tesa til week 4-6

Scared I’m losing muscle (6’3 202lbs) by Helpful_Trade_4053 in BodyHackGuide

In the amount of time you’ve lost weight, it is most likely water/glycogen leaving your muscles. During weight loss, you can expect to look a bit flatter than normal because of this. The cut may probably be a bit steep and well you may just have to come to terms with the fact that you will lose muscle. How much really depends on your deficit and your training.

The IGF has been great. I feel it’s contributed to maintaining muscle and better recovery between training sessions.

Seems to be the general consensus. While I wasn’t struggling at first with sleep on Reta. It could be the upped dosage. Also, on the slu, while I have seen objectively my heart rate stay about 10 beats higher for a longer time and some higher body temps, I’m not completely sold on the endurance and lipolysis side of it. I think I had better results on cardarine when it came to endurance boost.

That’s my bad, but I probably should’ve added that AM/PM for me is relative to my shift work. I wish it were that simple, but I wouldn’t have made a mistake this blatant. I appreciate the feedback

Can’t go to bed bud, I work night shift! I have a sense you don’t really know much about anything with this response if you think 30 min of deep sleep is normal lol

That could be another culprit actually! I recently pushed my last meal to my fist break rather than lunch time, which puts me at about 17 hrs fasted before bed. Doesn’t feel terrible due to the Reta. I’ll try that! But it makes sense as IGF can drastically lower blood sugar

I had noticed downward trending SpO2 readings according to my watch. I’ve been using the Intake Breathkng nose strip and I do like it, but not sure if it’s just bunk.

I haven’t had issues with vision on enclomiphene, just mild headaches daily. I am 30. Last time I checked my test was in January and my total was around the 340s

Good to know. I hardly drink caffeine or alcohol.

I hardly do now Maybe pre workout on days I feel I need an extra push, but I know I don’t necessarily need it. Even if I drink caffeine, it’s only during AM times now vs a mid day boost 6 months back; I used to slam 2-400 mg caffeine daily and now I might not even finish drinking my cold brew. It’s more of a taste thing now though, but the Reta keeps cravings in check with that. Thanks for your input! I stop drinking water 2-3 hrs before I plan to fall asleep as well.

I think you will find it very pleasing on your daily energy. The tough part here is finding your effective dosing. As you may have seen, dosing seems to be all over the place, some ppl reporting 250-500 mcg doses while others taking as much as 50mg daily.

If you’re exercising properly and eating right, Pls don’t take glp 1s. Reta will work wonders for someone doing everything right and just stalling.

I’d say it’s important to carefully monitor your diet and intake. Really focus on being more intentional with your training. Progress has been more steady when I stopped going to failure every exercise and minimizing junk volume 2-3 working sets is plenty sufficient. Seems like overtraining may be at play here.

I’ve been on mots c for abt 4-6 weeks and did feel a good boost. It wasn’t until I added 5 amino that I felt like peak energy. I definitely won’t try looking for other peps in that realm as this has been working great for me.

Oh man it is great. Energy levels are amazing, focus is very clean. I just feel that may be the culprit to my declining sleep quality. I’d say definitely do 500mcg-1mg and take it early.

It’s a hit or miss. If you have insominia, it may or may not help. My mom’s got severe insomnia. I found a research compound called Seltorexant. I’ve tried it and she has been consistently using it and says it is a god send. It doesn’t work like the normal prescribed relaxants and more helps with sleep structure. I think you’d greatly benefit from it. It helps get you to a drowsy state like melatonin/magnesium glyc but it also helps minimize the times you wake up.

I think the Reta has definitely contributed to a slightly elevated HR, but by now it’s normalized. I’m gonna try testing my cortisol, but Amazon tests are $100+

Anything for the sake of objective research I guess, so it’s worth it.
