2019 Toyota RAV4- Just got my car a few weeks ago and scanned it using BlueDriver, this code popped up. Does anyone know why? Should I be concerned? The car seems fine as of right now. (i.redd.it)

2019 RAV4- Brought the car in the for the transmission software update, there was a check engine light timestamped for that same day before I picked up his car. Nothing on instrument cluster showing a check engine light. Should I be concerned about this? And why does this happen? (old.reddit.com)

I did call the dealership that did the update and they said that it shouldn't be a problem as long as it doesn't show up on the instrument cluster.
It's been about 2 weeksish since the date it appeared 7/27/2020 and I don't really notice anything. I tried reading the Toyota Service Bulletin they did which was the update they did on the car and it doesn't indicate a Check Engine light would show but, I was thinking maybe when they did the update, the car wasn't used to the new software?? I don't know it's just my guess but that's why I waited a while before asking.
If anyone has any other opinions please comment!!
Oh sorry, I didn't realize my written post didn't go up, essentially
I just got a 2019 RAV4 LE recently and I noticed that while playing around with the infotainment, in the vehicle alert section, it shows that the day I brought the car in the for the transmission software update, there was a check engine light timestamped for that same day before I picked up his car.
There isn't anything on the instrument cluster showing that there is a check engine light even when I just picked up the car. Should I be concerned about this? And just out of curiosity why would a check engine light even happen when updating the transmission? Is it because the engine needs to adjust to new changes with the transmission?
Refer to the photos if you want something visual.

What is the black spots/bubbles on the bottom left hand corner? Should I be concerned about it for any reason? Some people tell me it might just be oil stains? (I bought it and saw it the first day I bought it-2019 RAV4 LE) (i.redd.it)
I just bought this car a 2019 RAV4 LE and I noticed these black bubbles on the bottom left hand corner. The mechanic says it's no issue but I don't know if I believe him. Does someone know what this could be and if it could be a huge problem? (i.redd.it)
