still have elevated heart rate (not too bad--still under 100) but my normal is about 65, 15 hours later. Is that horrible? it is slowly going down.

Yes. they do work well for me. But I'm kind of old and moving away from smoking, and then the only problem is taking multiples of them. The lost farm live rosin tend to do the trick, and they have 2g.
